As a mom of three, I know firsthand that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring a mix of excitement, joy, questions, and moments of wondering, “Is this normal?”

That’s where I come in.

I created Nurtured Beginnings because I believe every parent deserves someone in their corner. Someone to listen, answer questions, offer support, and help them feel a little less alone as they navigate this season.

My role isn’t to tell you what your birth or parenting journey should look like. It’s to support you as you discover what feels right for you and your family.
